Face wash:
The purpose of using facewash is to remove dirt, pollutants, excess oil, and dead skin cells and give a fresh look to our skin. Most importantly a good face wash will repair the skin and never damage it. That’s where commercial face washes filter as they add strong surfactants that strip the essential oil off the skin making the skin sensitive and prone to problems. Skin must not feel tight, dry, itchy, or sensitive after a face wash.

On dry skin, you must always use a very gentle and good quality face wash and cleanser, and that too only before sleeping at night, and then the skin must immediately be moisturized with a deep moisturizer. In the morning, use only plain water to wash your face and then apply moisturizer immediately afterward. So that skin does not get dry. People with dry skin should not use toners at all.
