Surah At-Tawbah is the 9th chapter of the Qur’an, with 129 verses. It is known for not beginning with "Bismillah" and strongly addresses themes of hypocrisy, jihad, treaties, and repentance. The Surah was revealed during a time of conflict and outlines the rules for dealing with both enemies and hypocrites. It highlights the importance of loyalty, truthfulness, and commitment to the cause of Islam. Allah’s mercy is also emphasized, especially through sincere repentance (Tawbah).
